Becky is the Office Coordinator for The HR Dept Group. Her role is to provide administration and project support across The HR Dept Group businesses. Becky has had a varied career, she spent many years as a teacher, and then was a PA to a company director. The skills she developed in these roles allow her to organise and streamline the team’s admin, events, and processes. In her spare time Becky enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is kept very busy with her new house and garden, which is a challenging renovation project!

Lisa Davies

Lisa is our Head of Operations and has an extensive background within multi-faceted operational roles spanning over 18 years, primarily in the hospitality sector. Lisa has held national roles and has experience in Business Development, Support, Growth, Franchise development and operations as well as HR. Lisa is currently studying for her CIPD qualification to compliment her work experience. The role of Head of Operations involves supporting our licensees with any matters that may arise operationally, including business acquisition and sale, additionally the onboarding and induction of new licensees as well as leading on our Training Academy projects which provide continued professional development for our Licensees and their teams, as well as various projects to support the development of our Central Office support to the network. 

Stacey Mead FCIPD

Stacey is HR Director of the Bristol, Bath & North Somerset office, alongside Helen, and is also a Director of The HR Dept Group Trust. After graduating from Middlesex University with a degree in Film Studies with History Stacey took the perfectly natural career path of working in recruitment before moving into more generalist HR roles.  Having joined the HR Dept from the near beginning she has now worked here for over 10 years. Stacey’s role includes advising clients on their HR strategy as well as managing the Bristol team’s annual budget and day work.

Starting with HR Dept from its infancy when there was just a handful of people and the dog, she has now been with us for over 15 years and loves the variety, challenge and fast pace of delivery. Helen has extensive experience in a range of sectors – public, private and charitable and in all shapes and sizes. Her expertise is in understanding and delivering effective, commercial and creative HR tailored to each individual business.

Keith Sadler

Keith was appointed as CEO of The HR Dept Trust Ltd in 2021 after being a non-executive director of the company for several years. Keith has over 30 years’ experience in Corporate Finance and was responsible for a number of high-level M&A deals across the media sector in the 2000s. Keith was chief financial officer of News Communication & Media plc, which was acquired by Gannett U.K. Limited for £444 million, and The Wireless Group Plc, which sold to UTV Media plc for £100 million. He has held several positions, from Chief Financial Officer to Group Finance Director for companies including, WEARE 2020 plc and Dods Group PLC. Keith is currently the non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee, of three AIM listed companies, being Silver Bullet Data Services PLC, Warpaint plc and Hawkwing Plc.

Keith is a chartered accountant and holds an honours degree in economics from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
