Lisa Davies

Lisa is our Franchise Operations Support Manager and has an extensive background within multi-faceted operational roles spanning over 18 years, primarily in the hospitality sector. Lisa has held national roles and has experience in Business Development, Support, Growth, Franchise development and operations as well as HR. Lisa is currently studying for her CIPD qualification to compliment her work experience. The role of Franchise Operations Support Manager involves supporting our licensees with any matters that may arise, onboarding and induction of new licensees as well as leading on our Training Academy projects, which provide continued professional development for our Licensees and their teams.
