Helen Thomas FCIPD

Helen is HR Director of the Bristol, Bath and North Somerset franchise alongside Stacey, and also a Director of The HR Dept Group Trust. Starting with HR Dept from its infancy when there was just a handful of people and the dog, she has now been with us for over 15 years and loves the variety, challenge and fast pace of delivery. Helen has extensive experience in a range of sectors – public, private and charitable and in all shapes and sizes. Her expertise is in understanding and delivering effective, commercial and creative HR tailored to each individual business.
